More than an invoice register. See payments, cash flow and payment behaviour.

Keep invoices, other documents, payments and attachments together online and accessible from anywhere according to permissions. See what is overdue, how cash flow develops, who pays on time and which receipts or expenses can be expected from due dates in the coming days. Bank detail checks flag suspicious or unverified account numbers shown on invoices. Enter a new document manually in a few clicks or load it from ISDOC or ISDOCX.

An operational register for received and issued invoices, advances, credit notes and debit notes that goes far beyond a document list. Recorded amounts, payments and due dates produce receivable and payable positions, economic trends, daily expected receipts and payments, and payment-behaviour analyses. Every currency is evaluated separately, so CZK, EUR and other currencies are not combined into misleading totals. Overdue invoices can also trigger clear reminders with current payment details, a QR payment for the remaining unpaid amount and a secure document link.

modular portal

An instant overview

Find received and issued invoices, advances, credit notes and debit notes by number, supplier or customer, amount, date, due date, status or tag. Each document keeps its own detail, attachments, payments and related links.

Documents and payments together

Full and partial payments stay directly with the document. Immediately see paid amount, remaining balance, overpayment and the history of individual payments. Bank statements can be imported, transactions matched to documents and payment orders prepared from selected payables. Unpaid invoices include a QR code for quick payment of the remaining balance.

Fewer client questions

Clients or customers can see invoices, payments, remaining amounts and balances in their portal. An unpaid invoice can be paid by QR code for the current outstanding amount, and the document can be downloaded directly.

VAT without manual calculation

The net amount is prefilled from the VAT-inclusive amount and selected rate and can be corrected to match the actual document. Reports show input and output VAT and an indicative payment or refund position.

Documents organised for your operation

Use tags for projects, cost centres, jobs or other groups. The same tags are available in search, invoice detail and recorded settlements.

Portable data by design

Download documents, payments, summaries and economic development for a selected period. PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX and XML preserve currencies and links for further checks or accounting processing.

Invoices, advances and corrective documents

Keep invoices, proformas, credit notes and debit notes in one register. Related documents remain linked and their impact is reflected in balances and payments.

Analytics built for real decisions

Every chart is backed by a table that can be checked and exported. Follow invoicing, payments, outstanding and overdue amounts, VAT, cash flow and payment speed, then open the exact documents behind a value.

Position at any selected date

Look back at receivables, payables, due and overdue amounts. For a future date, see an indicative position based on document due dates.

Daily cash-flow outlook

A day-by-day outlook shows expected receipts, payments and running balance, helping reveal dates with heavy outflows or insufficient incoming cash.

Payment behaviour and structure

See who pays on time, what remains open, which subjects drive the largest volume and how records split by document type, payment method or VAT rate.

From overview straight to detail

Document numbers, subjects and payments act as direct links. Move from filtered tables to a document, partner or related payment in one click and return safely.

Practical outcome

Turn invoice records into everyday business insight.

The invoice register does not replace accounting software. It bridges the gap between accounting outputs and what your organisation needs for everyday operational decisions: a fast, clear view of documents, due dates, cash flow, liabilities, receivables and payment risks without manually rebuilding spreadsheets.

Know what is missing

Immediately see how much remains to pay, how much should come in, what is overdue and how open balances may change as due dates are met.

Stop wasting time searching

The invoice, attachments, settlements and history stay with one record. Invoice and settlement lists support quick lookup, detail view, correction and export.

Understand trends and counterparties

Compare invoicing, payments, VAT, payment behaviour and subject shares for a selected period. Each currency has its own tables, charts and exports, avoiding misleading mixed totals.

Connected with the portal

The register uses the shared subject directory, an extensible currency dictionary, tags, secure file storage and the client portal. Older documents remain in their original currency even after the company changes its primary currency. Accounting, banking or payment integrations can be added without locking data in the portal.

Replace a basic invoice list with a view of payments, cash flow and risks

We will review how you record documents today, who checks them and which information is missing. The module can be introduced gradually, adapted to your operation and extended with integrations without losing data.
